I'm a lifelong civil servant, working for the Department for Education on policy relating to technical education for 14 to 19 year olds.
I joined BDWCA with my husband, Steve Toher, in around 2010 and have an active presence on our Birdfair stand and at Bakewell. I took over as treasurer from Jan in 2022.
I don't carve, preferring to do cross-stitch and work with textiles, eat cake and drink gin!
